SPINAKER

SPINAKER is a software which enables a connection with a fiscal printer and computer, for quickly and simply managing the retail processes.

 

It is developed in accordance with the recommendations in the legal regulation, using the latest techniques and tools for developing a user software and considering the suggestions and needs of our users.

 

The Spinaker’s focus is oriented towards providing the simplest and fastest way of work in the retail stores, and also towards reducing the time the user spends filling the documents which are necessary for conducting the everyday work in the retail stores. An integration with the ERP packages and automatically sending and receiving data are enabled.

 

The basic functionalities include:

 

  • Printing a fiscal receipt/ cancellation receipt
  • Receiving goods from suppliers (Retail goods received note)
  • Stocktaking
  • Generating multiple reports related to retail sale
    • Daily, control and financial report
    • Book for daily, financial reports
    • Report per cashier
  • Automatic input of articles from ULTIMA ERP packages or an Excel chart

It operates in a Windows setting, enables working with barcode images, an also working with a mouse and keyboard or a touchscreen.

ULTIMA® Inventory

ULTIMA® Inventory is a solution for recording and listing goods, materials in storages and/or retail stores, an also for recording basic means in every company and organization.

 

With ULTIMA® Inventory, the stocktaking can be done in a timely and easy manner, by entering the data from a barcode label, without a possibility for making a mistake when entering the data and with minimal use of the resources.

The solution is comprised of two applications – desktop and mobile, which enable fast and efficient way of transferring data from the database to a mobile computer, which process the data on multiple locations where the stocktaking is being done, and update the status when the stocktaking is finished.

The ULTIMA® Inventory system also enables a connection with a barcode printer for printing single or a set of barcode labels.

The data can be synchronized directly from the ULTIMA EPR system to the database or in a folder, via downloading and sending predefined electronic files.

The basic functionalities include:

  • Downloading and synchronizing data (automatic or from a predefined file type)
  • Input of data by using a barcode or a keyboard
  • Defining the status of the basic means
  • Choosing a location

The application for synchronizing data and administering operates in a Windows setting, while the mobile application works on devices with Android operative system.

ULTIMA® Pharmacy

ULTIMA® Pharmacy is a software application which enables simple, fast and easy pharmacy work when receiving, storing and selling medicaments and other pharmaceutical products and preparations.

ULTIMA® Pharmacy enables a pharmacy to work, with one or many retail stores, and also many pharmacies in a system, with one or many retail stores. The overall work is done in real time, with a safe way of communication and data transfer. It enables reviews and information, which are available on a mobile device, to be generated – control over the total sale, sale per shift, top-sale per articles and/or assortment, and monitoring of the entire system work.

The system enables notification when the Health Insurance Fund changes the prices, and also automatic downloading of the changes in the price list.

The application operates in a Windows setting or a Cloud system (virtual server which is accessed via the internet), and therefore a (Back-up) copy of the data can be automatically created on a distant location. A connection with all types of fiscal printers is enabled.

ULTIMA® Retail

ULTIMA® Retail is a software system for companies whose primary activity is retail sale, with one or more stores.

The solution provides keeping retail sale records with all necessary documents, a connection with a fiscal printer/ cash register for giving fiscal receipts when selling in retail, and also working with documents when working commercially in wholesale (pro-forma invoice, invoices, return receipt, cancellation documents, and the like).

It enables goods and materials from suppliers to be received, creation of retail goods received notes for retail stores, keeping trade records, generation of internal documents (dockets/ return receipts from or for a storage), managing price lists and updating changes in real time. The solution also provides complete financial operation by recording (automatically or manually) the material and financial documents, and retail and wholesale turnovers.

ULTIMA® Retail enables a complete insight into the operative activities in a retail store or more retail stores, insight into the material and financial states (available goods, storage card, turnover, etc.) in a retail store or on a distant location. It enables reviews and information to be received on a mobile device – an insight into the total sale, sale per shifts, top sale per articles and/or assortment/assortments, and the entire work of the system to be monitored from a distant location.

In case the internet connection is interrupted, the retail stores work completely autonomously and independently, until the internet connection is reestablished and the data are synchronized.
